(Why, yes, it is November!)
The weather completely shifted this morning. In a matter of minutes, it went from sunny and muggy to cool and rainy. All of a sudden, it’s a proper November.
I want to trust it. I want to celebrate the cold and make this recipe I’ve been saving for Poblano and Butternut Squash Chili. But what if this nice change of weather doesn’t stay? What if it’s stifling by the end of the day? I’ve been burned too many times by too many weather apps.
What the heck. I’m gonna make my veggie chili anyway.
