Thanks for joining me for these Holiday Haikus, friends! Today is December 31, so this is my last one. I enjoyed writing these a lot—they enabled me to notice things and then write about them in condensed form. Taken together, they provide a nice chronicle of my month.
Wishing you a very Happy New Year!
Holiday Haiku 25
Hello, chipper truck.
In goes the Christmas tree: out
comes Fraser fir mulch.
A mini-journal of the month….very fun! I remember a conversation with LL Barkat about the difficult yet enjoyable challenge of writing verse via Twitter. The condensing forces one to write and notice more pointedly, agreed.
Happy New Year!
a lovely month
filled with your Christmas journey
thank you
