The day Mom sent a mass email
filled with bad news in cancer/good news in Christ,
I snowshoe up to Revelation Point,
Snow Mountain Ranch, Winter Park, Colorado.
At the top is an empty mailbox: God’s Mailbox
(the black paint says so).
I have no pencil, not even a scrap
of paper. So I take a picture with my phone.
Every day after
I hope that looking at this photo counts.
That my prayer is delivered to the correct address.
